Cutting the opening for his faceAric is free, making a run for the...Ronald McDonald House. Since Aric had such a great day yesterday as far as progress, we were released by 10am from the hospital to go to the Dr. genecov's office. Upon our arrival we meet another boy who was having the same procedure done. He was just a couple of days ahead of Aric which was great to see the progression of "normalcy" in the kids life. Of course Aric had to have his dressing changed again so the doc could see. I got a confirmation that at least 2 more surgeries will be needed; possibly more.

Even better close up...found out the cotton bolsters on the ear are there to help form the ridges on the ear. Aric saw this pic and signed "gross" lol
