Riding Giants

Sunday morning was absolutely beautiful here in Dallas. Aric and I ate breakfast out on the terrace here at the RMDH. Mornings still seem to be the hardest for him. He still has a lot of drainage and due to his ribs hurting; Aric has a hard time coughing up the phlegm. After breakfast we decided to attend Ed Young's Fellowship Church in Downtown Dallas. Hence the title of the blog is the same as the sermon. We all face "Giants" in our lives and what may seem to be a big deal for some may not be so for others. Right now, Aric's surgeries & recovery are my giants. The sermon spoke yesterday to the wonder of how the spirit of the Lord works us through these incidents in our lives; even saying as I did in my previous blog that things are not coincidental in there orchestration. Ed young describes this orchestration to Giant waves that occur in the ocean. You have a low pressure system(you) & a high pressure system (the spirit of the Lord), energy is created that pushes into the  right location at the right time. We are constantly being set up by God in this manner; don't miss the opportunity! As the famous surfer Larry Hamilton once said," It takes more faith than skill to ride giants." Are you ready to sieze your opportunity to shine? Take advantage of the next "Giant" God sends your way...blessings are waiting for you there:)

Look who we saw at church yesterday? Former CC natives & BAF members...Ava Maria and her daughter, Isabella

Looking good...u can start to see the formation of the ear a little :)

Two pigeons fighting over a piece of fish...never seen such crazy antics from pigeons before...
Last nights bingo winnings :)
Some of the group that came from old navy to put on the bingo activity and kids at RMDH.
